📜 Terms of Service

By accessing and using WoSB Planner (https://wosbplanner.com) and its Discord bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of the service

We provide a web tool and a Discord bot to organise raids, manage a clan's fleet, create and share ship builds, and view maps and routes, for the World of Sea Battle community.

2. Accounts and access

• Registration and login are done through your Discord account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Officer access requires approval by your clan's administrator.
• You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement in your country.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass, impersonate or harm others.
• Attempt to breach security, access other users' data, or overload the service.
• Post offensive, illegal or infringing content in builds, names or messages.
• Automate or abuse the API, votes or bot features.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you publish (e.g. builds). By publishing it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the service (for example, in the public gallery and on Discord). We may remove content that breaches these terms.

5. Donations

Donations (PayPal, Revolut) are voluntary and grant no advantage, guaranteed service or right to a refund. They help cover the project's hosting costs.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features (or the whole service) at any time without notice, as this is a non-profit project.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, loss of data, or in-game decisions made based on the information shown.

8. Third-party services

Use of Discord is additionally subject to Discord's Terms. We are not responsible for third-party services (Discord, Cloudflare, payment providers, hosting).

9. Account suspension

We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms or that harm the service or other users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of España, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
